Card Usage & PIN Safety
Before using your card, sign on the back, memorize your PIN, and destroy the PIN mailer. Use your card at any NFS network ATM to change the system-generated PIN - preferably at an Axis Bank ATM. For your safety: Never write down or share your PIN, change it regularly, and shield it while entering. Ensure privacy during ATM transactions.
Card Security
Keep your card safe and never hand it to anyone. Store it securely to notice if it's missing. If lost or stolen, visit your nearest branch immediately to block it. Remember, Daivadnya Sahakara Bank will never ask for your card or personal details via email - never respond to such messages.
Using Your RuPay Card at ATM
Use your card at Axis Bank ATMs or any ATM in the NFS network, marked with the logo. There are over 1.7 lakh ATMs across India. Ensure your card is active and has enough balance before withdrawing cash. Always shield your PIN and collect your receipt for security.
