Purpose

Eligibility & Moratorium
Individuals over 18 years of age. (Moratorium : 18 months)
Repayment Period
Upto 240 months (for housing) and 180 months (for mortgage)
Documents to be submitted by the Applicant
1). All landed property documents viz., record of right, title deed, valuation report, survey sketch, location of the property, nil encumbrance for the last 15 years Form No. 15 or 16
2). Legal opinion from an Advocate
3). Approved plan & estimate etc
4). Tax paid receipts
5). KYC Proof

Hypothecation or Vehicle Loan
Purpose
For purchase of new vehicles and second hand four wheelers.
Eligibility
Individuals over 18 years of age
Repayment Period
3 years to 7 years
Documents to be submitted by the Applicant
1). Quotation or proforma invoice of the vehicle/chassis
2). Driving License, KYC proof
3). Quotation for body building
4). Permit copy of issued from registering authority
5). Valuation certificate in case of second hand vehicle
6). Demand Promissory Note, Letter of Guarantee by surety holders, Loan Agreement, Hypothecation Deed, Letter of Surrender, Letter to pay vehicle tax and insurance, letter for deposit lien, Loan receipt etc.

Eligibility
The advances under these rules are available to both members and nominal members.
Loan Amount
The maximum limit of advances to each member or nominal member should not exceed the limit fixed under the byelaws.
Repayment Period
The maximum period of advances should not exceed one year

Advances on Term Deposits
Eligibility
The deposit should be of the branch itself and it should stand in the name of the borrower. Advance against deposit of another office of the bank may be allowed only upon identification and after obtaining advice from the issuing office that lien will be noted in favour of the lending branch and has agreed to remit the proceeds of the deposit on maturity to the lending branch.
